Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet residential area of Monte Pego at the end of a cul-de-sac. The main floor (upper floor) is accessed via an external staircase. It consists of a living/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with queen-size bed, a bathroom with toilet/shower/bidet, and a bathroom with toilet/bathtub. The living/dining room opens onto the main terrace (partially covered) with a pool (8 x 4 meters, usable year-round, without heating), dining table, 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers, and outdoor shower (hot and cold water). The basement is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal staircase). It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet/shower, TV programs in German and Spanish. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is a carport for one car. Another car can be parked in front of the carport. The house and the property are for your sole use. Dogs are allowed (free of charge). Smoking is not permitted in the house.
